Home visits

If you are too ill or disabled to get to the surgery, and need a doctor to visit at home please ring before 10.30am (later if an emergency arises). You may be asked to speak to the doctor before a visit is offered. The receptionist will ask you a few details to allow the doctor to assess the urgency of your case. All such information is treated in the strictest of confidence.

Home visits are made on the basis of clinical need at the discretion of the Doctor. If possible please come to the Surgery where we can offer more comprehensive care.
