Comments, compliments and complaints
Whilst we constantly strive to provide a high-quality, friendly and efficient service, we realise that sometimes we may not meet your expectations. If there is an aspect of our service which you wish to bring to our attention, or which you would like explained, please contact the Practice Manager in writing. We will reply promptly and do our best to help you. We operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria. You can obtain a written copy of our complaints procedure from the reception.
